4.04.020: AUTHORITY:
   A.   This chapter is enacted pursuant to the statutory authority conferred upon municipalities to allow public support of economic development 1 . This chapter is adopted as part of the Village's economic development plan. (Ord. 343 § 2.1, 2007)
