2.24.070: PROHIBITED ACTS:
The Village Clerk Treasurer shall:
   A.   Not either directly or indirectly engage in any political activity, partisan or non-partisan, in any manner, while in office, and
   B.   Have no business interest in any contracts or business financial transactions with the Municipality. (Ord. 392, 2018)
