A. The applicant for a village marijuana business license, principals, registered manager, and employees must meet all requirements under New Mexico State law.
B. The applicant, principals, registered manager, and employees must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
C. The applicant, principals, registered manager, and employees all hold valid occupational licenses and registrations as required by the State of New Mexico, including all applicable marijuana licenses. (Ord. 415, 12-14-2021)
