5.17.010: PURPOSE:

This chapter adopts local regulations, in addition to those in the Village's Zoning Regulations, regarding the sale, production, distribution, manufacture, cultivation and use of recreational marijuana within the Village of Hatch. (Ord. 415, 12-14-2021)
