The Village Clerk Treasurer may be discharged by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of all the members of the Governing Body, or the Village Clerk Treasurer may be discharged by the Governing Body upon a vote of a majority of all the members of the Governing Body. The Governing Body shall, in any case, cause to be paid to him or her forthwith any unpaid balance of his or her salary and any accrued annual leave. (Ord. 392, 2018)
