2.24.010: APPOINTMENT AND SELECTION:
The Village Clerk Treasurer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of all members of the Governing Body. The Village Clerk Treasurer shall be appointed solely on the basis of administrative qualifications and his or her selection shall not be limited by reason of former residence. (Ord. 392, 2018)
