16.04.130: APPROVAL NECESSARY FOR UTILITY SERVICE:
Until a final plat has been approved by the governing body, any official of the village or public utility company who shall serve or connect the land within the subdivision with any public utility such as water, sewer, electric or gas is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 319 § 12, 2003)
