13.08.150: AUTHORITY OF VILLAGE OFFICERS:
The officers of the village are authorized and directed to take all action necessary or appropriate to collect the rates, tolls and charges prescribed in this chapter and otherwise to effectuate the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 177 § 15, 1976)
