13.08.120: CHARGES CONSTITUTE A LIEN:
Pursuant to the laws of New Mexico, this code and all laws thereunto enabling, until paid, all rates, tolls or charges shall constitute a perpetual lien on and against the property served, and such lien shall be forthwith foreclosed in the manner provided by law. (Ord. 308 § 12, 2001: Ord. 177 § 12, 1976)
