13.08.090: BILLINGS; PAYMENT:
All bills for rates, tolls and charges for sewer service or facilities furnished or served by or through the system shall be rendered and payable as set forth in section 13.04.070 of this title. (Ord. 308 § 10, 2001: Ord. 177 § 9, 1976)
