A. All water pipes laid in the streets, alleys or public thoroughfares within the corporate limits of the village shall be and become the property of the village.
B. All water systems laid within the corporate limits of the village and connected with or supplying water from mains of the village shall be constructed under the supervision and in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the water department of the village. (Ord. 43 § 14, 1935)
