It shall be unlawful for any person other than the authorized agents or employees of the Water Department to turn on water after the same has been turned off as herein provided, or for any person, excepting as hereinafter mentioned, to take or use water from the Village water system without first having been put into service in the regular manner by the Water Department of the Village. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in section 1.08.010 of this Code.
