10.12.050: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). If the violation is of a continuing nature, each and every day during which it continues will constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 383, 2016)
