A. Insurance Required: Before a motorized golf cart permit is issued by the village of Hatch, and at all times effective during such permit period, the permit holder shall have and maintain public liability and bodily injury insurance in the amount established by the state of New Mexico.
B. Assumption Of Liability: Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as an assumption of liability by the village of Hatch for injuries to persons or property which may result from the operation of any motorized golf cart by a permit holder or the failure to revoke a permit. (Ord. 370, 2013)
