9.20.070: FAILURE OF PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:
It is unlawful for any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor to knowingly permit such minor to violate the provisions of subsection 9.08.120G of this title, and section 9.20.040, 9.20.050 or 9.20.060 of this chapter. (Ord. 185 § 5-1-7, 1980)
