9.20.035: REMAINING NEAR SCHOOL WITHOUT REASON:
It is unlawful to wait or remain on or within three hundred feet (300') of a public, private or parochial school building or grounds, not having any reason or relationship involving custody of or responsibility for a student, without the written permission of a school official, or in violation of posted rules or regulations. (Ord. 229, 1989)
