9.20.010: ABANDONMENT OF CHILDREN:
It is unlawful for the parent, guardian or custodian of a child to intentionally leave the child or abandon him under the circumstances whereby the child may suffer from neglect. (Ord. 185 § 5-1-1, 1980)
