9.08.130: FAILURE TO REPORT TREATMENT OF WOUNDS:
It is unlawful for any physician, surgeon or other practitioner of the healing arts licensed by the state to fail to immediately report to the municipal police department his treatment of any person in the municipality for a wound inflicted by a deadly weapon of any kind. (Ord. 185 § 2-1-14, 1980)
