9.08.080: UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY:
It is unlawful for three (3) or more persons to assemble with intent to do any unlawful act by force or violence against the person or property of another and to make any overt act to carry out such unlawful purpose. (Ord. 185 § 2-1-9, 1980)
