Once the determination has been made in writing, the property owner shall be required to submit within thirty (30) working days a proposed erosion mitigation plan, which may include any of the erosion control measures (ECMs) presented in this chapter, or other reasonable plans for eliminating or mitigating the vulnerable condition of the property.
