Any development that requires a permit under any village ordinance, other than for construction of a single-family dwelling unit (multiple applications within a subdivision shall not apply), shall require an erosion control plan to be submitted consistent with section 8.28.100 of this chapter. Grading for all construction, including single-family dwelling units shall be limited to the building pad site, pond and driveway plus an additional five feet (5') in all directions of these areas.
