8.04.170: PAYMENT OF FEES 1 :
For the purpose of convenience, the billing and collecting of the charges levied for the service of this chapter shall be done by the Village and all such charges shall be payable at the office and in the same manner as other utility services are billed and collected by the Village. (Ord. 242, 1990)
