8.04.150: FREQUENCY OF COLLECTION:
Frequency of collection of solid waste, whether residential or commercial, shall hereinafter be as agreed upon by the Village's contractor(s) and each residential or commercial user and approved by the Board of Trustees. (Ord. 242, 1990)
