A. No person shall allow any solid waste to accumulate upon premises owned, leased or occupied by him during intervals between collections thereof except in the manner provided by this chapter.
B. It is unlawful to deposit any solid waste in or upon the streets, alleys, sidewalks, gutters, storm sewers, or parkways within the village except in the receptacles or containers as hereinafter specified. (Ord. 242, 1990)
