8.04.040: COMPULSORY COLLECTION AND SERVICE FEES:
Every person owning or controlling real property within the village shall subscribe to the municipal solid waste collection and disposal service and shall pay the solid waste collection or disposal service fees established by the board of trustees and provided for by this chapter. The fee shall only be charged against real property which is occupied. (Ord. 242, 1990)
