The village shall cause to be provided and maintained suitable equipment sufficient to collect and dispose of solid waste generated within the village. To achieve the purposes set forth above, the board of trustees shall:
A. Provide for the collection and disposal of solid waste by the village; or
B. Provide for the collection and disposal of solid waste by contract, by any other manner deemed suitable by the municipality, or by special agreements if the service cannot otherwise be provided. (Ord. 242, 1990)
