6.04.150: ABANDONMENT OF ANIMALS:

It is unlawful to abandon any animal in the confines of the village. Any person found guilty of abandoning any animal will be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) or be imprisoned for ninety (90) days in jail, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 1-83 § 15, 1983)
