(A) Customers of the Sewer Department shall be charged a flat rate for the use of sewer service. The City Council shall set sewer rates by ordinance and may set different flat rates for different classes of customers. All rates set are hereby declared to be nondiscriminatory and fair to each class of user. All rates shall be on file in the office of the Clerk for public inspection at any reasonable time.
(B) Sewer rates are established as follows:
Residential (per unit, per month) | $11 |
