(A) The City Council shall set garbage collection rates by ordinance. All rates set are hereby declared to be nondiscriminatory and fair to each class of user. All rates shall be on file in the office of the Clerk for public inspection at any reasonable time.
(B) Garbage disposal rates are established as follows:
Nonresidential (per unit, per month) | $20 |
Residential (per unit, per month) | $20 |
Sanitation fee (per month) | $2 |
Notes to Table: Add $10 for one additional tote or $30 for two additional totes. | |
