(A) City employees or contractors will not go upon private property, except when specifically given permission to collect rubbish or garbage, except in areas that are open to the public, such as business parking lots and private alleys.
(B) The following items will not be collected by the city employees or contractor and must be disposed of by the owner thereof:
(1) Motor vehicles;
(2) Waste from the demolition, destruction, burning or disposal of buildings;
(3) Concrete; and
(4) Large limbs, tree trunks or tree roots.
(C) Refuse or garbage may not be put out for collection more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.
