(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 50.03 of this code shall be assessed an additional fee of $15 during normal working hours and $30 after normal working hours, in the event that service is discontinued for the nonpayment of any utility bill by the Utility Superintendent. This fee is to compensate the city for the additional time and effort for disconnect and re-hook service.
