§ 34.16 ISSUANCE ORDER APPROVAL.
   (A)   The City Board or Common Council may order the issuance of warrants for payment of money by the city only at a meeting of the Board or Common Council.
   (B)   A city officer who violates this section forfeits his or her office pursuant to I.C. 36-4-8-3.
