(A) Subsequent violations. Any person, corporation or organization which commits more than one violation of any of the offenses specifically noted herein within any 12-month period will be subject to an increased fine for each and every violation as set forth herein.
(B) Continuing violations. Every continuous day, or part of a day, in which a violation is committed or continues in existence is a separate violation for which civil penalties may be imposed.
