(A) General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Alcohol. Any person carrying, possessing, keeping or consuming any alcoholic beverage in any public park shall be assessed a civil penalty as set forth in § 32.07 of this code for each violation.

(C) Obscene material. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 133.02 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50, to which may be added imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 30 days for any person. Each transaction shall be and constitute a separate offense.
