§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Firearms. Any person convicted of violating § 132.01 of this chapter shall be assessed a civil penalty as set forth in § 32.07 of this code for each violation.

   (C)   Projectiles and balls. Any person violating the provisions of §§ 132.02 or 132.03 of this chapter shall be fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $10.
