§ 113.09 FALSE, DECEPTIVE OR MISLEADING STATEMENTS.
   It is unlawful for any peddler, solicitor or transient merchant to make or cause to be made, whether directly or indirectly, any assertion, representation or statement of fact which is untrue, deceptive or misleading for the purpose of selling or producing an order for the sale of any goods, wares, merchandise or services.
