Any person, firm or corporation which violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be assessed a civil penalty as set forth in §§ 32.03 through 32.07 of this code. Each day during which the person, firm or corporation engages in the business of itinerant merchant or solicitor in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
