§ 96.10 TRAFFIC AND PARKING.
   (A)   No person shall drive or propel, or cause to be driven or propelled, any vehicle at a greater rate of speed than ten mph along or over any road within the parks.
   (B)   Paths established for pedestrians and non- motorized vehicles shall not be used by motorized vehicles.
   (C)   No person shall park any motorcar, motorcycle or other vehicle within the parks except for in places designated for parking.
