§ 96.06 FIRES.
   (A)   No person shall start a fire in any park except for fires for eating purposes in park grills. Privately-owned grills may only be used in areas adjacent to shelter houses.
   (B)   All fires shall be put out by the person or persons who started or are using the same before leaving the immediate vicinity of the fire.
   (C)   The dumping of hot ashes or fire from portable grills onto the grass or plants is prohibited.
