§ 95.04 AGRICULTURAL WASTE BURNING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   The open burning of agricultural waste shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and only at times when the actual forecast of wind, when given by the local Weather Bureau, is five mph or less.
   (B)   The open burning of agricultural waste shall be done only when necessary and when no fire hazard will occur.
