§ 51.24 AUTHORITY FOR CONNECTIONS, SHUT-OFFS AND REINSTATEMENTS.
   All original connections, all shut-offs and all reinstatements of service shall be made by an employee of the Water Department. No connection, shut-off or reinstallment shall be made by the customer or by any agent of the customer.
