There is hereby established a Planning Commission in and for the City. Said Commission is created pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Act 110 of the Public Acts of 2006, as amended, and as authorized in Sections 16.6 of the City Charter. Such Commission shall have all of the duties and powers and shall perform all of the functions provided by said Act, as amended.
