1064.01   REGULATIONS FOR USE OF JOHN GURNEY PARK.
   (a)   The recreational complex known as John Gurney Park shall be closed nightly between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day. It shall be unlawful for any person to remain on the park grounds during the hours the park is closed, except for one of the following reasons:
      (1)   Persons renting trailer lots shall be permitted ingress and egress to said lots.
      (2)   Persons attending functions at the Community Building or visiting trailer residents shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the park for such purposes.
      (3)   Persons attending school events sanctioned by the Hart Public School District shall be permitted on the premises until fifteen minutes after the conclusion of such sanctioned activities.
   (b)   The City Manager is authorized to grant permits to groups or individuals to use the Community Building beyond the above curfew time, provided that such permit shall not extend the curfew time beyond 12:00 midnight.

   (c)   Use of such Park shall be subject to the following rules:
      (1)   Not more than one camp, occupied by a single family or group of four unrelated persons, will be permitted on an individual lot. NO camp shall occupy more than one lot.
      (2)   John Gurney Park is open from May 1 through November 1.
      (3)   Not more than two cars will be permitted per camp.
      (4)   Good campers are always considerate of others. Noise levels must be controlled at all times so as not to disturb other campers.
      (5)   Containers must be kept under drains and emptied at places designated by the Park Officer.
      (6)   No dishwashing will be allowed at drinking fountains or toilet buildings.
      (7)   Trenching on camp lots or cutting of trees in the Park is not permitted.
      (8)   Pets must be under immediate control on a leash not exceeding six feet in length. No pets are allowed on bathing beaches or in buildings. Dogs are to be walked in designated areas only.
      (9)   Prior approval of the Park Officer is required for campers to move from one campsite to another.
      (10)   A camp may be permitted not more than one table nor more than one electrical outlet, when available.
      (11)   Visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 a.m.
      (12)   Upon arriving at your campsite, check your fire circle for hot coals left by previous campers before setting up camp.
