1060.08 YARD WASTE AND BRUSH DEFINED.

(a) "Yard waste" means organic waste material generated from yards in the City and may include grass and shrub clippings, leaves, weeds, flowers, garden waste, and house plants.

(b) "Brush" means tree and shrub waste generated from yards in the City consisting of limbs six inches in diameter or less and four feet in length or more.
