1040.47 TAMPERING WITH SYSTEM.

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently tamper with or deface any structure or equipment which is a part of the system. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under an appropriate civil or criminal charge as applicable.
