The City Clerk shall issue to each licensee a license which shall set forth the detailed information required in Section 860.03 and, in addition thereto, the date of issuance and expiration of such licenses. In the event a handcart, pushcart, wagon, motor vehicle, railroad car or other conveyance is licensed, said license shall be attached in a secure manner in a conspicuous place upon such conveyance. In the event the person is licensed, such licensee shall, at all times he or she is engaged in a business regulated by this chapter, carry such license upon his or her person.
