No license required by Section 850.01 shall be issued until the applicant pays the license fee provided in this section. The fee required to be paid to obtain a peddler's license shall be in the amounts set forth in the following schedule:
(a) Dairy Products. Fifty cents ($.50) per day, two dollars ($2.00) per week, five dollars ($5.00) per month or ten dollars ($10.00) per year, for each vehicle and the operator thereof.
(b) All Other Goods and Merchandise. One dollar ($1.00) per day, five dollars ($5.00) per week, twenty dollars ($20.00) per month, or fifty dollars ($50.00) per year for each handcart, pushcart, wagon, motor vehicle, railroad car or other vehicle conveyance and the operator thereof proposing to peddle from any conveyance last defined herein, and the same fees for the same periods for each person proposing to peddle on foot.
(c) Helpers or Assistants. Fifty cents ($.50) per day, two dollars ($2.00) per week, five dollars ($5.00) per month, or ten dollars ($10.00) per year for each helper or assistant to those using vehicles for which helpers must procure the permit and license as herein provided for peddlers.
(d) Exemption. No fee shall be required of one selling products of the farm or orchard actually produced by the seller.
