Upon compliance with each of the provisions of Section 832.02 and payment to the City Clerk of a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), the City Clerk shall issue such license for a period expiring on December 31 of the year in which the license is applied for. However, in the event such license is applied for subsequent to July 1 and prior to December 31 in any calendar year, the license fee to be paid by the applicant shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for the remainder of that particular year.
