No person shall engage in the business of dealer in scrap iron, scrap metal, scrap wood, used auto parts or any form of goods commonly considered as junk, nor assemble the same at one location for the purpose of sale, without first obtaining a license therefor. Persons soliciting the purchase of, or acting as peddlers of, scrap iron, scrap metal, scrap wood, used auto parts or any form of goods commonly considered as junk, shall be deemed a junk and scrap iron dealer hereunder.
