(a) No person shall permit any motor vehicle, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, bicycle, motorcycle, motorbike or other vehicle used for the purpose of transportation to park at any of the following locations upon properties owned by Hart Public Schools, Oceana County, Michigan, and located within the City of Hart:
(1) Any place where official signs prohibit parking;
(2) Within fifteen feet of a fire hydrant;
(3) On a crosswalk; or
(4) In any place or in any manner so as to block immediate egress from any emergency exit or exits from buildings conspicuously marked as such.
(b) The City Council, upon receipt of a proper resolution from the Board of Education of the Hart Public Schools, Oceana County, Michigan, may by resolution authorize the placement of official signs upon the school premises prohibiting parking.
